Natural Family Planning (NFP) provides a powerful system of fertility education and charting. Couples are taught how to observe and chart naturally occurring biomarkers in a woman’s cycle each month. This tool of fertility awareness assists the couple in their family planning following God’s plan for married love. The symptom-thermal method of NFP can be used at the 99% level of effectiveness. It is healthy and natural using no drugs or devices. A three hour NFP Class is available upon request.
