Children’s Liturgy of the Word is a program during the 10:15 Mass from October through May for children going to PreK 4 through first grade. During this Mass, children are called forth by the priest when it’s time for the First Reading. They are led to the chapel to dive into the Gospel at an age-appropriate level, accompanied with simple songs and activities. Children will be returned to their family during the Presentation of the Gifts.
There is no cost for registration, but there is a requirement that all participants wear a name tag that will include their name and emergency contact information should the need arise.
Each week, the sign-in sheet and name tags will be at the coffee table in the narthex. Please make sure you sign your child in for the day and grab their name tag. Before the children return to you in Church, we will gather the name tags and keep for the next week. If your child is not signed up before Mass but wishes to attend, please walk with them to the chapel to sign them up.
